I am a Certified Jungian Spiritual Coach focusing on Spiritual Transformation through Individuation. I graduated from the International Academy of Jungian Spiritual Psychology. My practice and process is based on a combination of Jungian Psychology and Eastern Philosophy.
At a very young age I was drawn to seek a deeper experience and meaning in life. I sought out many different paths with vigor and gained much along the way in knowledge and personal experience with the divine. Over the years, I have read everything from the Bhagavad Gita to The Tao Te Ching to A Course in Miracles to the Bible. I have practiced Native American Spirituality under a Lakota Medicine Man and participated in Sweat Lodges. I also chanted along with the congregation at the Shoshoni Yoga Ashram and followed the teaching of Gurumayi Chidvilasananda.
I have spent time in contemplative prayer as taught by the Trappist Monk Father Thomas Keating and also taught guided meditation classes at the Denver Center for A Course in Miracles. I have read many books by Marianne Williamson, Neale Donald Walsh, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, and Dr. Brian Weiss to name a brief few. Even so and as with many individuals, the recurrence of acute emotional pain in my life kept me searching for a truth I had not yet dis-covered.
This searching lead me to the Academy, its teachings, its teachers, her peers and living my true purpose to give individuals the tools to practice so they may live their lives free of self- imposed limits and experience the freedom to live a life they recreate continuously.
The coaching process I employ uses age old teachings coupled with modern day processes. I am fascinated by consciousness, its potential and vast unlimited aspects. It is an age old fact that our individual perception totally dictates our interpretation of the world we experience. We can change that interpretation instantly and break the bounds of what we had previously believed allowing for new and higher levels of existence. When we are presented with and practice the tools to allow ourselves to expand, we continuously change will never be the same two days in a row.
In 2000, I also received my certification in Hypnotherapy from the Interpersonal Hypnotherapy Institute in Boulder, Colorado. I am also an alumna of Regis University where I studied Psychology and Religious Studies.
